Introduction to main equipment:
Preliminary cooling:
The bags are initially cooled by two cooling elevators.
A bag pressing mechanism is set above the cooling elevator to ensure that the ketchup is fully in contact with water.
Vibrating drainer:
The cooled bags are initially drained by the vibrating drainer.
A water receiving plate is installed under the vibrating drainer to keep the floor clean and tidy.
Spiral cooler:
The bags enter the spiral cooler, and a water spray head is set above each layer for further cooling.
A water curtain is installed on the outer periphery of the spiral cooler to prevent water from splashing out.
Blow dryer:
The bags pass through the blow dryer to remove excess water.
Manual packaging:
