This sticker labeling machine is engineered as a top and bottom labeler that applies pressure-sensitive labels to the upper and lower faces of round and rectangular containers, maintaining placement precision at ±1 mm. For cosmetic labeling applications, it ensures batch codes and brand marks remain clean, centered, and readable at speeds of 20-200 pcs/min (customizable) throughout production shifts.

As a pharmaceutical labeling solution, it handles compliance labels and lot information on medicine boxes, cartons, and small containers through synchronized dispensing and pressing that guarantees flawless attachment on both sides. Conveyor width and labeling head height can be adjusted (customizable) for containers ranging from Ø30 mm to Ø150 mm.

Products travel on the conveyor and pass the photo-eye for positioning; the top labeling head applies the label onto the upper surface while the bottom head works on the underside, then labels are pressed flat and counted before output. When body decoration is also required, a wrap-around labeler can run upstream of this top and bottom labeler on the same line.
