Main equipment introduction
- Bottle feeding table for glass bottles:
The bottle table, which is composed of rotating disc and import and export, is easy to operate, change different bottle types and adjust conveniently.
Stepless speed regulation, stable speed, Panasonic stepless speed governor and speed regulation motor, the whole machine adopts 304 stainless steel material, and can be equipped with the whole line to cooperate with linkage.
It is suitable for automatic alignment, orientation and transportation of all kinds of plastic bottles and glass bottles.
Used in food, beverage, daily chemical, chemical and other industries.
2. Air blowing cleaning machine:
This equipment is suitable for containers that are not suitable for contact with water, such as honey jars, syrup jars, cosmetic bottles, medicine bottles, etc. It uses ion air washing to remove impurities such as microparticles and dust in the bottle to achieve the purpose of cleaning. The equipment is simple to operate and easy to maintain. The number of air blowing heads can be selected and the cleaning time can be set according to needs. 4. Automatic capping machine
Note:considering that you have two different type of caps, we need two lines in parallel. One for aluminium cap,another one for plastic caps(see picture below)
Besides,each type caps match with several size of bottles,so we have to change machines parts,it maybe needs 1-2 hours for
changeover.
5.Automatic labeling machine for round bottle
The labeling machine is mainly composed of SUS304 chassis, conveyor belt, bottle separator, sponge wheel, labeling head, head adjustment, etc. It adopts Siemens PLC, touch screen, servo motor as main components, and the control device runs at high speed.

Packing speed:30-500 pcs per min (base on product size)
Carton size range: (40- 180* (30-80)* (20-60) mm
