Working Process

The material flow is kept simple and logical: bottles in → piston filling → backlit inspection → capping → sleeve labeling & steam shrinking → film wrapping (150ml/250ml) → case packing → carton sealing, with conveyors carrying bottles and cartons between every station.

• Steam shrink tunnel in #304 stainless steel — steam delivers uniform, gentle heat around the whole sleeve, so labels fit tightly even on different bottle diameters; tooling is exchangeable when the bottle diameter changes (customizable).
• Flexible packing logic — small bottles are film-wrapped into 3×4 bundles before cartoning, while 1L bottles skip bundling and are packed directly, which saves film material and handling time.
• Gentle gripper case packing — bottle groups are gripped and placed into cartons instead of being pushed along, lowering the risk of scratched bottles or damaged cartons.
• Food-safe build — product-contact parts are made of #304 stainless steel (customizable), keeping edible oil clean and making wash-down simple.
• Central PLC + touch screen — one HMI controls start, stop and speed of the whole line; changeover parameters for different bottles can be recalled in seconds.
