The main equipment of the jam filling production line is as follows:
1. Pretreatment equipment
Fruit lifter: used to lift the raw fruit to the starting position of the processing line.
Fruit inspector: screen and remove rotten or unqualified fruits.
Cleaning machine: clean the surface of the fruit.
2. Processing equipment
Juicer: crush the fruit and extract the juice.
Enzymatic tank: decompose the fiber components in the pulp through enzymatic process.
Horizontal spiral separator: used for efficient separation of pomace and juice.
3. Sterilization equipment
Tubular sterilizer: perform the initial high-temperature sterilization treatment on the jam.
Secondary sterilizer: ensure the microbial safety of the product before filling.
4. Core filling equipment
Jam filling machine: realize the quantitative filling and sealing of jam.
5. Post-processing equipment
Concentration equipment: adjust the concentration and viscosity of the jam.
Homogenizer: make the texture of the jam uniform and delicate.
6. Packaging equipment
Labeling machine: affix labels to the finished product container.
Inkjet printer: print production date, batch and other information.
Packaging machine: complete the final boxing or packaging process.
The above equipment can be adjusted according to the specific fruit type (such as strawberries, apples, blueberries, etc.) and production scale (such as 2 tons per hour or more).
