Under the fast-paced work and life, the loneliness of urban young people is also increasing day by day. Compared with complex interpersonal relationships, they prefer to choose pets as important companions in life. "Cat and dog" is the life state that most modern young people yearn for. They would rather save money for themselves and give their "cat masters" and "dog masters" good food and drink.
Choosing canned food as food for pets is the choice of most pet owners. Canned food has many advantages such as convenience and hygiene, rich nutrition, easy digestion and absorption, and easy matching of many types. It is really welcomed by all "poop shovelers".
Below, LWT will introduce to you how the pet canned food that the lovely masters at home cannot do without for three meals a day is produced.
General process of pet canned food production
After the raw materials are cut into pieces and roughly minced, they are mixed with the added ingredients, emulsified, vacuumed, metal detected, filled, sealed, sterilized, kept warm, and packaged, and finally the finished product is processed.
The following are the specific steps of fully automated production, and there will be differences in details according to the process requirements of each manufacturer.
1. Cutting and rough mincing process
First, the frozen livestock, poultry meat and by-product raw materials are taken out of the warehouse, and the raw material packaging is removed, and then transported to the frozen meat cutter through a conveyor belt, and the large frozen raw materials are cut into small pieces for rough mincing; the cut raw materials are then roughly minced into meat paste by a meat grinder.
2. Ingredients mixing process
The rough-minced raw materials are loaded into the hopper car, and after accurate weighing, the materials in the hopper car are poured into the mixer by a hoist. After adding the required auxiliary materials in turn, the raw materials and auxiliary materials are fully mixed.
3. Emulsification process
The evenly mixed materials are directly transported to the emulsifier through a pipeline, and then emulsified to achieve a uniform state of the materials.
4. Vacuuming and mixing process
The emulsified materials are transported to the vacuum mixer through a pipeline, and vacuumed while stirring.
5. Metal detection process
After the material is evacuated and stirred, the metal foreign matter in the material is detected by the pipeline metal detector to eliminate the metal foreign matter mixed in the material and ensure the safety of the product.
6. Quantitative filling process
The material is directly transported to the filling machine through the pipeline for automatic weighing and filling.
7. Sealing process
After the material is filled, the canning machine is used to seal and vacuum to ensure that there is no oxygen environment suitable for the life of microorganisms in the can.
8. Cleaning and sterilization process
The sealed product is transported to the sterilization equipment and sterilized at high temperature to make the product commercially sterile.
9. Packaging process
The air-dried product after sterilization is packed and packaged by the packing machine and the sealing machine is affixed with product labels.
Seeing this, I believe that all pet owners have a certain understanding of the production process of their pets' three meals. No preservatives are added in the production process of canned food, and the canned food uses fresh ingredients. Don't worry, our masters eat better than us!
