1. Selection of raw materials

Choose the varieties with ripe and tender milk, golden to light yellow grains, thin skin, high sugar content, and good color and fragrance.

2. Removal of bracts and ears

Use a corn cob peeler to remove the corn husks and ears.

3. Threshing

The clean corn cobs and ear heads are arranged in an orderly manner toward the front, and the threshing machine is used for threshing. The blades are adjusted according to the requirements of the variety of production. Pay attention to keeping the grain shape and order to prevent the ear core from being cut.

4. Winnowing

While the corn kernels are falling, use a large fan to blow the air out of the frame.

5. Screening and inspection

The air-selected sweet corn kernels are screened with a vibrating screen and then bleached to remove unqualified products. The bleached sweet corn after screening flows through the inspection platform for manual screening and inspection to remove unqualified products.

6. Filling

Fill the corn kernels with a diced filling machine.

7. With soup

A certain proportion of broth is prepared according to process requirements, and then air-sealed.

8. Sterilization

The cans are pushed into the sterilizer for sterilization. After the sterilization is completed, the temperature of the can is cooled to below 40 degrees using the back pressure cooling method.

After being kept in the heat preservation for a period of time, it can be packaged and put into storage after passing the inspection.
