General process of pet canned food production
After the raw materials are cut and coarsely twisted, they are then stirred and mixed with the added ingredients, emulsified, vacuumed and stirred, metal detection, filling, sealing, sterilization, heat preservation, packaging, and finally the finished product is processed.
The following are the specific steps of fully automated production, and there will be detailed differences according to the process requirements of each manufacturer.
1. Cutting, Coarse Twisting Process
After the frozen livestock, poultry and by-product raw materials are taken out from the warehouse, the raw materials are unpacked and transported to the frozen meat cutting machine through a conveyor belt, where the large frozen raw materials are cut into small pieces for rough slicing; after cutting The raw materials are then coarsely minced into a mashed meat by a meat grinder.
2. Ingredients Mixing Process
The raw materials after rough twisting are loaded into the hopper car, and after accurate weighing, the materials in the hopper car are poured into the mixer with a hoist, and the required auxiliary materials are sequentially added, and the raw materials and auxiliary materials are fully mixed evenly.
3. Emulsification Process
The uniformly stirred material is directly transported to the emulsifier through the pipeline, and then emulsified to achieve a uniform state of the material.
4. Vacuum Stirring Process
The emulsified material is transported to the vacuum mixer through the pipeline, and vacuum is drawn while stirring.
5. Metal Detection Process
After the material is evacuated and stirred, the metal foreign body in the material is detected by the pipeline metal detector to eliminate the metal foreign body mixed in the material and ensure the safety of the product.

6. Quantitative Filling Process
The material is directly transported to the filling machine through the pipeline for automatic weighing and filling.

7. Sealing process
After the material is filled, use a sealing machine to seal and vacuum to ensure that there is no oxygen environment suitable for microorganisms in the tank.
8. Cleaning and Sterilization Process
The sealed product is transported to the sterilization equipment, and after high temperature sterilization, the product reaches commercial sterility.
9. Packaging Process
After sterilization, the air-dried products are packed by a cartoning machine and sealed by a sealing machine, and the product label is affixed.
